Location

All events will take place at the Evergreen Resort and Conference Center inside historic Stone Mountain Park.  Please follow signage inside the park and hotel.  Valet parking at the hotel is complimentary (please tip accordingly as gratuities are not included).  The resort is smoke-free and pet-free.

Registration

Registration begins at 7:00pm and will end at 8:00pm.  Late arrivals please follow instructions at the Registration Desk to get your badges, gifts and access information.  (You will need to find Brett Bates, Joni Pepin, Jessica Elam Moffett, Julie Dymond Donaldson or Jason Thompson).

 

Park Admission

Admission is included in the cost of your ticket.  Mention SMHS Class of 94 Reunion at the gate to receive free entry.

 

Food and Drinks

Dinner is included!  There will be crudité and dip, heavy hors’ d’oeuvres, a carving station with top round beef and silver dollar rolls, pasta stations and a fondue desert station.  Water and unsweetened tea are complimentary.  Other drinks may be purchased at the cash bar (beer, liquor, wine, cordials, soft drinks).  Don’t forget to tip your bartender for excellent service!

No outside food or drink is permitted.

 

Entertainment

There will be a lighted ballroom dance floor and DJ Fudge will spin a mix of 90’s and current hits and take requests.  All ticket holders will receive a coupon code to view and download all of the photographs taken by our photographer during the event.  That’s right…free photo downloads!  Your access code will be emailed to you along with instructions following the event.  Please note, the DJ and Photographer have provided substantial discounts for our group (they’re practically volunteering).  Both the DJ and photographer will have tip jars.  Please tip them as a way to say thanks for their hospitality.

 

Dress Code

The dress for the main event is business casual/dressy (i.e. not jeans and a t-shirt).

 

Giving Back

We will be collecting funds for contribution to a classmate’s charitable cause.  Please refer to the donation boxes and signs for Karson Beaty’s First Descents charity.  Karson has Stage IV metastatic breast cancer that has spread to her liver.  Be sure to help out her worthy cause and give her a big hug!  We love you Karson!

 

Finally, if you find yourself intoxicated and need a ride home please let your hosts or committee members know.  Do not drink and drive.  Park police are no joke!  Drinking and driving is a poor decision.  We are happy to help.
